Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Kidaloop account and associated data at any time. We'll confirm by email within 30 days.

• Your profile, child profiles and messages are deleted.
• Item history may be kept in anonymised form so the item's journey stays intact.
• Records we're legally required to keep are retained only as long as necessary.
